PYANDONEA: Children of the Drowned Horizon

This series explores the rarely depicted Maormer of The Elder Scrolls — a culture shaped not by land, but by storms, depth, and silence. Each portrait blends editorial high-fashion lighting with maritime dark-fantasy aesthetics, aiming to present sea elves as something far older and more alien than their Altmeri counterparts.

Every character embodies a distinct function within Maormer society:

Thyrravel the Veilbreaker — a storm mage who opens tempests rather than summons them.

Vaelith of the Pale Mist — an oracle whose whispers alter the present until only one future remains.

Kaelriss of the Black Keel — an elite boarding warrior forged by salt and violence.

Saelyne Mist-Eyed — a fog archer who hunts by pressure and breath, not sight.

Orrhyn Coilwarden — a serpent-binding mage who guards names older than ships.

The project focuses on wet textures, cold color palettes, and ocean-driven lighting, capturing a civilization that exists in perpetual tension with the surface world.
A visual attempt to reimagine Pyandonea not as myth, but as a living, breathing force.
